The Haven
The Haven – continue to provide services to people with long-term debilitating conditions, their families and carers. We know this may be an anxious time for you so we want you to know how you can get in touch with us to receive the support you may need. When you call, a staff member will take your contact details and ask one of our Haven Nurses or Children Young People and Families Service Coordinator to call you back. We will aim to call you back as soon as we can and within 24hours (Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm). Our Specialist Practitioners can arrange a one to one telephone emotional support session and/or email support. They will provide you with helpful information, a range of self-management techniques, useful websites and downloads and links to other organisations that may also help you. We are currently developing our Digital Wellbeing Support Service which will include digital one to one support and a range of useful self-management information for you to use.
