SQA has developed a suite of Digital Learning Guides – available here

The guides help people who don’t have the digital skills and confidence to carry out every day online activities. The guides are free to use. There is no log-in or registration required. Learners simply click on the guide of choice and work through it following the step-by-step visual and audio instructions.

Consultation on Draft Regulations Under the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016

Recently Lanarkshire Carers Centre has become increasingly concerned about a very worrying trend of reducing financial support provided to various voluntary organisations dedicated to the well being and support of carers and other vulnerable groups in Lanarkshire.

With regard to Lanarkshire Carers Centre, our main funding partners, NHS Lanarkshire, North Lanarkshire Council and South Lanarkshire Council, have all implemented wide ranging cuts to their budgets or indicated that there will be severe cuts ahead.
